Pistachio Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice 20 oz, undrained
  • 1 tub whipped topping 8 oz, like Cool Whip
  • Optional: chopped pistachios coconut, cherries
