500 g ground pork (or chicken)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
1/4 cup cold water
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 cloves minced garlic)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil (optional, for extra moisture)
