Homemade Luncheon Meat

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix everything
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well until smooth and sticky.

2. Blend (optional but better)
For a finer, deli-style texture, blend the mixture until it becomes a paste.

3. Shape & wrap
Transfer into a container or shape into a loaf. Wrap tightly with foil.

4. Steam
Steam for 45–60 minutes until fully cooked.

5. Cool & slice
Let it cool completely before slicing. Fry slices until golden and crispy 😋

💡 Tips

Add a few drops of red food coloring for that classic “luncheon meat” look (optional).
Store in the fridge up to 5 days or freeze for longer.
You can add cheese bits or chopped bell peppers for flavor twist.
