Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss Drink Recipe

Ingredients

1 –2 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cup warm or cold water
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon raw honey or a few drops of stevia optional
A few slices of fresh ginger optional
