Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss Drink Recipe

Instructions

Add water to a glass.

Mix in apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and honey or stevia.

Stir well until fully combined.

Add ginger slices if using and let steep for 5 minutes.

Sip slowly, ideally through a straw.

Notes

Use only raw, organic apple cider vinegar labeled “with the mother.”

For better digestion, drink 20–30 minutes before a meal.

Start with 1 tablespoon ACV if you’re new to it.

Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours if prepping ahead.

Not recommended more than twice per day.
