My Light Apple Pancakes Low in calories, fluffy, fragrant, and perfect for a satisfying breakfast or snack! I eat them every day — they only take 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients (makes about 6 pancakes):

  • 1 grated apple

  • 1 egg

  • 50 g oat flour (or whole wheat flour)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional)

  • A splash of milk (only if needed to loosen the batter)
