Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Mixture:

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3–4 cups powdered sugar (adjust for sweetness and texture)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, but magical)

For the Chocolate Coating:

• 12 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
• 1 tsp shortening or coconut oil (to make chocolate smooth and shiny)

Optional Garnishes:

• Chopped peanuts
• Sprinkles
• Sea salt flakes
