Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks, 1 inch thick
- One teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil spray (or avocado oil)
- One tablespoon of Worcheshire sauce
Butter Topping
- 4oz butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- one tablespoon of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- Mix all the ingredients with the softened butter and set aside.
