Wow – Apple Oat Cookies with Zero Flour! Ready in 15 Minutes – You’ll Love Them!

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Then line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Finely grate the apples. If they’re very juicy, gently squeeze out some of the excess liquid from the grated mixture.

  3. In a large bowl, mix the grated apples, oats, egg, cinnamon, baking powder, and honey/maple syrup until you get a workable dough.

  4. Now shape the cookies: form small cookies by hand (about 5 cm in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
