Strawberry Italian Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

For the Cake For the Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup strawberry preserves (or finely mashed strawberries)
1 cup sour cream 4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup water Pinch of salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil Pink food coloring (optional)
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
