Mix filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese with a little sugar and vanilla.

Shape dough: Flatten cookie dough pieces into small discs.

Add filling: Spoon a bit of cream cheese mixture in the center, then a small dollop of strawberry jam.

Seal: Wrap dough around filling and pinch closed.

Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
