Instructions:

2️⃣ Peel, core, and chop the apples into pieces.
3️⃣ Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
Fold in the butter, then mix in the flour and baking powder.
4️⃣ Gently fold in the apples, then pour the batter into a 17 cm (6–7 inch) baking pan.
5️⃣ Bake for about 45 minutes, until the cake is golden brown.
