Quick & Easy Cheesy Ground Beef-and-Potato Casserole

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the potatoes are slightly tender.
  4. Transfer the cooked ground beef and potato mixture to the greased baking dish. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
