Pistachio Date Almond Yogurt Honey Cake

 

Ingredients:

– 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt)
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
– 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
– 1/4 cup honey (plus extra for drizzling)
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 3 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
