Preparation

Here’s how I do it:
First, preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix the onion, bell pepper, and ham. Combine with the sour cream and cheese, then season with salt and pepper.

Next, spread out the puff pastry and roll it up into a “sausage.”

Then, cut it into strips using a sharp knife and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
