Lemon Cream Cheese Strawberry Pound Cake – Moist, Fruity & Creamy Delight

Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups (400g) sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups (310g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Optional Glaze:

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry puree
