First, beat the butter and sugar well. Then add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 40 minutes.

💡 Tip: If you’re using a metal muffin tin, grease it and place it in the fridge until you’re ready to fill it – this helps prevent the muffins from sticking later.

This recipe makes 10 to 13 muffins.
