Preparation:

After blending for one minute, add the condensed milk and cream to the blender.

Gradually add the lemon juice to the mixture while it’s blending, and continue blending for 3 more minutes.

Set aside. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

In a glass or ceramic dish, pour a layer of the cream mixture, then cover it with cookies that have been lightly soaked in milk. Then repeat.

Continue layering like this until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.

Decorate with lemon slices and toasted cookies. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours.
Serve this delicious dessert, made with just four ingredients, straight from the fridge.
