Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic-Lemon Butter
1. Prep the Lobster:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and gently lift the meat out to rest on top of the shell.
2. Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
3. Brush and Bake:
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly golden.
4. Serve:
Drizzle with any extra butter sauce, and serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh herbs if desired.
