High Protein Triple Berry Bake

1. 2 cups Full-Fat Cottage Cheese
2. 3 large Eggs
3. ½ cup Almond Flour
4. ¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup (or sugar-free alternative)
5. 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
6. 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
7. 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
8. 2 cups Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
