15-Minute Crumble Cake with Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour

  • 120 g softened butter

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 75 g sugar

  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • 2 packets vanilla pudding powder

  • 500 ml milk

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 egg

For the crumble topping:

  • 300 g flour

  • 200 g cold butter

  • 100 g sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt
