  • 100 g psyllium husk

Liquids:

  • 300 ml water

Fresh ingredients:

  • 200 g low-fat quark (or Greek yogurt as a substitute)

  • 4 eggs

Other ingredients:

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)
