Rolled Cookies – Light and Elastic Ricotta Dough

Ingredients:

  • 330 g ricotta

  • 2 eggs

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 orange (zest only)

  • 60 g sugar

  • 180 g butter (softened)

  • 400 g all-purpose flour

  • 8 g baking powder

  • Jam (your choice of flavor)

  • Powdered sugar (for decorating)
