Banana, Oat, and Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (can be plant-based, like almond or oat milk)

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes (to taste)
