Banana, Oat, and Chia Smoothie

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into chunks to make blending easier.

  2. Add the banana, oats, chia seeds, milk, and yogurt (if using) to a blender.

  3. Add honey or agave syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.

  4. Toss in a few ice cubes if you like it cold and refreshing.

  5. Blend everything on high speed for 1–2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
