Instructions:

Peel the banana and cut it into chunks to make blending easier.

Add the banana, oats, chia seeds, milk, and yogurt (if using) to a blender.

Add honey or agave syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.

Toss in a few ice cubes if you like it cold and refreshing.
