Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Sparkling mineral water with the juice of half a lemon, or two glasses of lemon soda

  • All-purpose flour (for coating)

  • 300 g water

  • 300 g white vinegar

  • Peanut oil (for frying)
