Best Peach Butter Swim Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 240 g self-rising flour or all-purpose flour plus 1 tbsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt
  • 30 g granulated sugar
  • 150 g diced peaches fresh, frozen, or well-drained canned
  • 360 ml whole milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 115 g unsalted butter melted
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 5 ml alcohol-free vanilla
  • 15 ml milk 1–2 tbsp to thin the glaze
