Tuna Mornay Rice Bake

Ingredients:

Rice bake:
– 2 cups cooked rice
– 425 g canned tuna, drained
– 1 cup frozen peas
– 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
– 2 tbsp olive oil
Mornay sauce:
– 2 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp plain flour
– 2 cups milk
– 1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
Topping:
– 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs optional
