Potato Sausages

Ingredients

  • Potatoes — 800 g

  • Bacon or pork belly — 120–150 g

  • Onion — 1 medium

  • Egg — 1

  • Starch or flour — 2 tbsp

  • Garlic — 2 cloves

  • Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) — a small bunch

  • Salt, black pepper — to taste

  • Paprika — ½ tsp (my addition for flavor)

  • Hard cheese — 70 g (optional, for stuffing)
