Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the potatoes
Boil the potatoes in their skins or peel and boil them.
Mash into a puree, leaving a slightly chunky texture.
2️⃣ Filling
Finely chop the bacon and onion.
Fry in a pan until golden.
Add to the potatoes along with herbs, garlic, egg, starch, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
3️⃣ Shape the sausages
Form small sausage shapes from the potato mixture.
You can place a small piece of cheese inside.
Brush the tops with egg 👌🏻
4️⃣ Cooking
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes 🌹👌🏻
