I Make It Twice a Week: Cloud Cake

Ingredients

  • 200 g sugar

  • 200 g all-purpose flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 plain yogurt (about 125 g)

  • 100 ml vegetable oil (or melted butter)

  • 1 packet baking powder for cakes (16 g)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

  • 50 ml milk (optional, for a softer batter)

  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
