For the Chicken Filling:

Teriyaki Sauce:

¼ cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

2 tbsp honey or brown sugar

1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
For Serving:

1 head iceberg or butter lettuce (separated into cups)

Fresh cilantro or parsley
