Southern Buttermilk Pie – Classic Creamy Custard Pie with Old-Fashioned Flavor

🥣 Ingredients

For the Pie Filling:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional but recommended)
