Zero-Carb Chicken Carrot Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, finely grated or steamed
  • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill), chopped for garnish
