White Wine Tarallini

Crunchy and fragrant cookies, easy to make and perfect to enjoy at any time of day.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g all-purpose flour (type 00)

  • 100 g sunflower oil

  • 20 g sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 150 g warm white wine

  • 1 packet of baking powder (about 16 g)

  • Whole almonds, for decoration

  • Granulated sugar, for coating
