For the Base:

  • 250 g butter biscuits or speculoos

  • 100 g melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 450 g low-fat quark

  • 750 g cream cheese

  • 250 ml cream

  • 3 eggs

  • 50 ml vegetable oil

  • 80 g sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder

  • 50 g cornstarch

For the Cinnamon Roll Topping:

  • 100 g butter

  • 100 g brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp flour

For the Cinnamon Sugar Crust:

  • Cinnamon-sugar mixture
