When the Smell of Cinnamon Fills the Kitchen, Pure Bliss Begins! This Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake is creamy, sweet & simply dreamy.

Preparation:

  1. Base:
    Crush 250 g of biscuits for 10 seconds on speed 8 (in a food processor or blender).
    Mix in 100 g melted butter for 10 seconds on speed 4.
    Press the mixture into a springform pan and chill.

  2. Filling:
    Blend the quark, cream cheese, cream, eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, and cornstarch for 30 seconds on speed 5.
    Pour the filling over the chilled base.

  3. Topping:
    Mix the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour for 20 seconds on speed 3.
    Swirl this cinnamon mixture into the cheesecake filling using a spoon.

  4. Crust:
    Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.

  5. Baking:
    Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes.
