Ultra Juicy Crumble Sheet Cake with 2 kg of Plums

Ingredients:

For the crumble:

  • 250 g flour

  • 150 g sugar

  • 180 g softened butter or margarine

For the dough:

  • 500 g flour

  • 250 ml milk

  • 80 g sugar + 1 tablespoon extra

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 cube of fresh yeast (approx. 42 g)

  • 75 g margarine

  • 1 egg

For the topping:

  • Approx. 2 kg plums
