Preparation:
First, mix the ingredients for the crumble, rub them together into a crumbly mixture, and set aside.
For the dough, combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Dissolve the yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar until it becomes liquid. Then add the 80 g of sugar and the liquid yeast to the flour. Melt the margarine and add it along with the milk.
Now add the milk-fat mixture and the egg to the flour and knead everything into a smooth dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash, dry, halve, and pit the plums. After the dough has risen, knead it again thoroughly.
Grease a baking sheet and roll out the yeast dough onto it. Place the plums cut-side down onto the dough and spread the crumble mixture over the top. Let it rise again in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
