Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 170°C fan forced.
2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to packet instructions.
3. Drain and set aside.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Cook onion until softened.
6. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
7. In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
8. Stir in plain flour and cook for 1 minute.
9. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
10. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.
11. Stir in grated cheese, salt, and pepper until melted.
12. In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, tuna, peas, and onion mixture.
13. Pour cheese sauce over and mix well.
14. Transfer to a baking dish.
15. Sprinkle extra cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
16. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
