Ingredients:



– 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
– ⅔ cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract
– ½ teaspoon kosher salt
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– ¼ cup jam (apricot or seedless raspberry recommended)
– Cookie Coating:
