Preparation:

First, mix all the ingredients into a dough.
If the dough is too runny, add a bit more flour.

Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, and optionally raisins, to taste, then roll it up.

Cut the roll into swirls and place them on the baking tray.
Bake at 200 °C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
