Step-by-Step Preparation

Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.

Mash them well with a fork until you get a smooth puree without large lumps.
3️⃣ Add the egg
Add the egg to the banana puree and mix well until combined.
4️⃣ Add the oats
Add ½ cup of oats and mix until the mixture becomes thick.
5️⃣ Add the cocoa
Add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until the color is uniform.
6️⃣ Add the honey
Add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix again.
7️⃣ Add the baking powder
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix until fully incorporated.
8️⃣ Put in the pan
Pour the mixture into a small greased baking pan (a small rectangular or square pan works well).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
