Soft Orange Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 350 g (about 2¾ cups) all-purpose flour (type “0”)

  • 1 orange (with edible peel)

  • 1 glass of milk (about 200–240 ml)

  • ½ glass of vegetable oil (about 100–120 ml)

  • 170 g (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) sugar

  • 1 packet of baking powder (about 16 g or 1 tablespoon)

  • A pinch of salt
