Soft Orange Cake

Instructions:

  1. Blend the whole orange (with peel), the milk, and the oil until smooth.

  2. Add the eggs, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and blend again until fully combined.

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.

  4. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
