Soft Jam Tart

Ingredients:

  • 150 g sugar

  • Grated lemon zest

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 120 g sunflower seed oil

  • 40 g milk

  • 200 g all-purpose flour

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 200 g jam (or hazelnut/pistachio spread)

  • Powdered sugar, to taste
