Small Apple Cake – Fresh from the Garden! 

We have so many apples and plums in the garden 🍎🍑, so I took the time today to bake a small apple cake. Moist, sweet, and simply delicious!

Ingredients:

• 2–3 apples (depending on size)

• 2 eggs

• A pinch of salt

• 1 packet of vanilla sugar

• ½ packet of baking powder

• 120 g flour

• 90 g butter

• 70 g sugar
