Ricotta Donuts with Chocolate Chips: A Delicious Breakfast Recipe

  • 250 g Manitoba flour

  • 250 g all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 200 g fresh ricotta

  • 130 g sugar

  • 12 g fresh brewer’s yeast

  • 120 g milk

  • 100 g chocolate chips

  • Vanilla extract (or vanilla powder) to taste

  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
