Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).

Prepare the apples: Peel, core, and slice them thinly.

Make the batter: Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla pudding powder, oil, milk, and eggs in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

Grease the baking pan and pour in the batter.

Add the apples: Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter in a fan shape and gently press them in. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the cake is golden brown.
