How To Make Quick and Easy Pan Fried Corn Fritters:
- Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the fresh corn kernels, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine & Mix: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
- Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the pan over medium heat.
